Terms and Conditions

 

Payment:

  • Retreats fill up quickly so it is advisable to book as early as possible.
  • A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your space. It is charged to your credit card when you book.
  • The balance due will be required to be paid at least one month prior to the the retreat commencing.

Transfer Policy:

  • Depending on availability and discretion of Wanderlust Fitness Retreats, in some cases we can transfer a retreat booking between dates.
  • Transferring a booking between dates incurs an administration fee of 10% of the retreat price.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand things happen and we want to be as flexible as possible but we do have lots of bookings and contracts in place to keep these retreats going. We have a sliding scale on how refund/credit is applied to help avoided fees by our contractors.

  • All cancellation request must be made in writing to the center or teacher running the retreat.
  • If you cancel more than 90 days before your trip start date, 100% of the full trip value may be applied to another Wanderlust Fitness Retreat event, less administration fee. Alternatively we will refund 100% of the non-deposit value of the price.
  • If you cancel 15 – 89 days before your trip start date, 75% of full trip value may be applied to another Wanderlust Fitness Retreat event, less administration fee. Alternatively we will refund 75% of the non-deposit value of the price.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations received fewer than 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If a retreat is cancelled by the teacher or center, you will receive a full refund, or if preferred, a credit towards another retreat.
