Wanderlust Fitness Village

Over 1000 square meters of indoor training space filled with barbells, ropes, sled tracks, pull up rigs, muscle up rigs, kettlebells and cool down areas. All situated in the rice-field dotted surf town of Canggu, Bali.

We’ve partnered with Wanderlust Fitness Village to give you the space you need and the equipment you expect.

Our goal for the week is to set you up for success for your training goals. A week is not a long time in programming cycles, but together we can put the intensity and focus required on your training to give you your best shot at outperforming your previous bests.

Rest is also super important. We’ve ensured 5 star hotel suites with quiet, comfortable surrounds. It’s also beachfront.

Wanderlust RECOVERY ZONE

Built directly adjacent to Wanderlust Fitness Village, the brand new recovery zone is a purpose built facility to take care of your post-training needs.
There’s a 25m lap pool for active long form recovery sessions, combined with a splash pool to hang out on floating beds and soak up the sun.

There’s 2 ice baths to rotate cold / hot therapy between while you jump back into the HUGE 20 person sauna.

Meanwhile, you can grab a cold brew lemon green tea while you chill in the jacuzzi and catch your breath before the next workout kicks off.

 

A TYPICAL ITINERARY

We’ve programmed a week of training and adventure to ensure you get the best Wanderlust experience possible.

Day 1 – Sunday

  • Arrive in Bali and be greeted by one of our amazing drivers who’ll drive you from the airport to your hotel.
  • Check out the pool and the beach, which is only steps away from your room.
  • Get ready for the welcome party and dinner where you will meet Sharn and the SLF team.

Enjoy complimentary dinner & drinks at the famous #healthy Wanderlust Restaurant in the heart of Berawa.

Day 2 – Monday 

 

  • Rise & Shine, enjoy the breakfast buffet.
  • Transport to Wanderlust for your first session with Sharn kicking off at 7am.
  • Post workout – enjoy the recovery facilities (sauna, ice baths & jacuzzi) and relax by the pool.
  • Afternoon downtime – explore the area, find a cute café spot for lunch, grab a massage or head to the beach.
  • Transport back to Wanderlust for a private afternoon session by the pool.
  • Enjoy dinner with the SLF team. Casual dinner plans are made each night giving guests flexibility to visit their favourite and highly recommended restaurants.

Day 3 – Tuesday

 

  • Rise & Shine, enjoy a big breakfast buffet.
  • Surf guides will collect the team & take you to the beach for surf lessons.
  • Enjoy some down time by the hotel pool, grab some lunch to fuel for your afternoon session at Wanderlust.
  • Enjoy dinner with the SLF team, chat, share photos and laughs from the day.

Day 4 – Wednesday

  • Rise & Shine, enjoy the breakfast buffet.
  • Transport to Wanderlust for your second session with Sharn kicking off at 7am.
  • Post workout – enjoy the recovery facilities (sauna, ice baths & jacuzzi) and relax by the pool before heading back to your hotel for… GLAM TIME!
  • Team photoshoot at a breathtaking Mediterranean style Villa.
  • Enjoy a team dinner, share photos & hype after the incredible shoot experience.

Day 5 – Thursday

  • Rise & shine, enjoy a big breakfast buffet.
  • Transport to Wanderlust and join the famous long-haul conditioning class.
  • Post workout, enjoy the recovery facilities (sauna, ice baths & jacuzzi) and relax by the pool.
  • Enjoy an afternoon of downtime or exploring before a group massage at the very chic Tonic Day Spa & Botanicals.
  • Enjoy a beautiful sunset yoga flow with the SLF team.
  • Gather for dinner before an early night.

Day 6 – Friday

  • Early rise before the sun. Gather in the lobby with pillows and your hiking pack.
  • Meet your hiking guide at the foot of the active volcano Mt. Batur, grab a flashlight and start trekking.
  • Arrive at the summit and crater rim, chill with a hot coffee and experience the beautiful sunrise over Bali’s central volcano.
  • Spend the afternoon at Wanderlust Recovery Zone, chill by the pool and enjoy some down time.
  • Enjoy dinner with the SLF team, chat, share photos from the morning hike.

Day 7 – Saturday

  • Rise & shine, enjoy sunrise yoga followed by a breakfast buffet.
  • Transport to Wanderlust and join the Saturday Smasher class.
  • Post workout, enjoy the recovery facilities (sauna, ice baths & jacuzzi) and relax by the pool.
  • Enjoy some down time, relax, explore a little more before getting ready for the afternoon festivities.
  • Let your hair down and enjoy drinks & food on us at Finns Beach Club. It’s time to celebrate an amazing week with the SLF team.

Day 8 – Sunday

  • Sleep in! You deserve it after an incredible week of training and fun.
  • Join the Wanderlust Sunday class (optional) or rest and recover by the hotel pool, order some brunch and enjoy your last day of sunshine with the crew.
  • Checkout of your hotel today and your driver will take you to the airport before flying home.

The Wanderlust Fitness Retreats team is packed with Bali lovers – so we can help plan your free time and nights out, to make sure you take full advantage of your getaway in Canggu.

Wondering where you will sleep? When it comes to accommodation, we know you will love the contemporary design, organic feel, premium location, and gorgeous beach views from the Four Star Accommodation we arranged for the week. It is a breach front location that does not disappoint!

During the retreat you will share a gorgeous twin share room with one other attendee of the same gender.  Everyone has full access to the hotel amenities, such as swimming pool and bar. Plus, when you are in Bali the surf and sand is never far away.

Not into sharing a room? No problem. We design our fitness retreats to be social, but we do not want to crowd or cramp your personal space. Therefore, if you want one of these spacious rooms all to yourself, go for it! A single room comes with an increase in price, and some additional privacy. You can indicate your preference when registering!
