Terms and Conditions
- Retreats fill up quickly so it is advisable to book as early as possible.
- A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your space. It is charged to your credit card when you book.
- The balance due will be required to be paid at least one month prior to the the retreat commencing.
- Depending on availability and discretion of Wanderlust Fitness Retreats, in some cases we can transfer a retreat booking between dates.
- Transferring a booking between dates incurs an administration fee of 10% of the retreat price.
We understand things happen and we want to be as flexible as possible but we do have lots of bookings and contracts in place to keep these retreats going. We have a sliding scale on how refund/credit is applied to help avoided fees by our contractors.
- All cancellation request must be made in writing to the center or teacher running the retreat.
- If you cancel more than 90 days before your trip start date, 100% of the full trip value may be applied to another Wanderlust Fitness Retreat event, less administration fee. Alternatively we will refund 100% of the non-deposit value of the price.
- If you cancel 15 – 89 days before your trip start date, 75% of full trip value may be applied to another Wanderlust Fitness Retreat event, less administration fee. Alternatively we will refund 75% of the non-deposit value of the price.
- No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations received fewer than 14 days prior to arrival.
- If a retreat is cancelled by the teacher or center, you will receive a full refund, or if preferred, a credit towards another retreat.
